Privacy Policy
Updated August 4, 2026. This policy explains what StayManager processes and why.
Data we process
Account details, membership permissions, Google Sheet identifiers, encrypted OAuth tokens, subscription status and SePay transaction records. Property operations data is stored in the owner’s Google Sheet.
Google data use
StayManager uses granted Google access only to create and synchronize app-managed files. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising or transfer it to third parties beyond providing the service.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect Google or delete a workspace. Removing a workspace from StayManager does not delete its Google Sheet. Request account metadata deletion through Contact.
Providers
Supabase provides authentication and metadata; Google provides Drive/Sheets; SePay delivers transaction notifications. Each provider maintains its own policy.
